If you are looking for a house or apartment in the Dundrum or surrounding areas, then you have come to the right place. Our tenant registration is simple and FREE.  If you wish to rent one of our rental properties please complete the tenant application form below, or contact us to make an appointment to view any of our properties listed.

If you decide to rent one of our properties please endeavour to have as much information as possible prior to contacting our agency relating to your work situation, what term length you require and details of the property you require. We would also ask that you have your Employer, bank and previous landlord references available.
 
Our procedure at Dundrum Lettings for taking on new tenants is outlined below:
  • Property viewings will be arranged to meet your time schedule as much as possible.  
  • As soon as we find the most suitable property for you, we will progress the neccessary paperwork.   
  • The actual date of moving into the property can then be agreed between you and the agent.

  • On the day you move into the property, we will take the final gas and ESB readings. The lease Agreement, PRTB Form, and standing order form will then be signed by you.

  • You will then be given a set of keys and a copy of the Lease Agreement, and all utilities will be transferred into your name.
